Please keep in mind, both my partner and I are Western Vocaloid producers, so a translation charge will be applied if the voicebank you choose/provide is a Japanese voice. You must specify "Engrish" usage if you still wish for the song to have English lyrics even if you chose a Japanese voicebank. This results in an additional charge as well, albeit a somewhat smaller one ($1).

Commission Terms
(Please read before commissioning, to ensure your commission is accepted)

1. These commissions may be featured on any Chasing Constellations album, with or without the singer in the commission. (For instance, if it was commissioned with Kagamine Len or your UTAU as the singer, we may release it on an album with KAITO or another UTAU as the singer.)
2.  These commissions may only be included on a non-Chasing Constellations album if an additional sale-fee is applied. (As of June 28, 2016, the added sale fee is double the original commission price.) We reserve the right to reject the sales application. 
   Currently, sales applications are at a 10% acceptance probability. This is extremely low, please take that into account.
3. Commissions do not necessarily include art. Inquire about art in the comments. Chasing Constellations reserves the right to choose to include art on its own.
4. Commissions do not necessarily include a YouTube upload. Commissions will be uploaded to Soundcloud unless otherwise requested by the buyer or desired by Chasing Constellations. Commissions may be made private and exclusive to albums for the sale fee. (As of June 28, 2016, the added private fee is double the original commission price.) 
5. Chasing Constellations reserves the right to reject the sale fee if:
• We wish to upload the song and will not make it private.
• We do not wish to allow the song to be sold by another party.
• This is the likely circumstance. 
  
6. The song does not belong to the commissioner. Therefore, it cannot be sold or uploaded/re-uploaded without the express permission of Chasing Constellations ( celestrai , AkiraMarvell ). 
7. You do not have to pay for the song until we start it. You must pay for half of the song when we notify you that we have begun your commission. If the half payment is not received within a week of the beginning notification, we will move on to the next commissioner. After 2 weeks, we will open up your slot.
   
8. We will alert you if the song will not be done in 2 months time. This is an extreme case, but if so we will also alert those after you on the waiting list.
